STORE POLICIES 1) Please call for details about our open work table. 2) Please no food or beverage in the store. 3) If you are returning beads, you may do an exchange or receive store credit. 4) All exchanges must be made within 14 days of the date on the receipt. 5) We will provide you with instruction sheets and show you the necessary tools for closing your jewelry. There is a fee, if you would like us to close your jewelry. 6) If you would like your jewelry to be put together for you, or if you need a repair, it takes a week, and the charges are as follows: Necklace: $10 per strand Bracelet: $7 per strand Earrings: $5 Note: The charges do not include supplies, such as beads, wire and clasps.
